The owner+creator of Fork Yeah Baking, a one woman show creating sweet treats for Macedon Ranges and Surrounds.

My philosophy is that dessert has to taste BETTER than it looks. There is NOTHING worse than picking up a gorgeous looking cupcake and getting a mouthful of disappointment. But fear not – I use a delicious, smooth, silky swiss meringue buttercream that melts in your mouth along with tried and tested recipes for all of my baking. I  also love to include fun and creative fillings to spice things up.

I am a sweet treats lover, a former scientist and a mama to two. After ten years working as a scientist, I was searching for a better work/life balance. I had been baking and creating for my family and friends for many years with lots of requests for me to start a business. So, I took the plunge and started a side hustle. As FYB grew, it demanded to be upfront and centre, so I quit my job and have been working as a cake decorator full time since, servicing celebrations in The Macedon Ranges, Daylesford, Bendigo & Melbourne.

My love of baking comes from my Grandmother who loves to bake slices, biscuits, cakes – anything sweet. To this day I still raid her cupboards and freezer when I visit for a delicious sugar hit.

I love to work with my clients to create a gorgeous, creative and fun centrepiece for their celebration so if you like my vibe, I would love to hear from you!
